14th Annual Hughson Fruit & Nut Festival 2002, we thank you! With
your presence here, you helped us achieve one of our most successful
Festival’s ever. To those of you who are new to our Festival or just
inquiring, WELCOME! Our community benefits tremendously from our
Festival and your efforts.
It’s hard to believe that it is once again time for our annual
mailing. The 15th Annual Hughson Fruit & Nut Festival 2003 will be
held the third weekend in May. The dates are Saturday, May 17th and
Sunday, May 18th.
We will be awarding plaques to the vendor booths voted by our
Board of Directors to be a “Favorite Vendor.” Booths will be
judged on booth appearance. Last years
winners were “Precious Pieces” and “Ride the Wind”.
Enclosed you will find our contract, an application, and Forms 1, & 3. Please fill in all forms completely, provide us with all
required information and return to us as soon as possible. You must
also include your space fee, cleaning deposit, a photo of your booth
and a copy of your seller’s permit. We need a photo even if you
have sent one in prior years. We cannot process your application
if we have not receive all required materials. You also need to
include a self-addressed stamped envelope for your check-in
packet and return of cleaning deposit. As you know our spaces are
limited and will be spoken for quickly. If you have further

Applications are due by May 1st, 2003 this date is FIRM, no
applications will be accepted after this date!
Please note that check in is on Friday night. YOU MUST CHECK IN
FRIDAY NIGHT!
Our volunteers have been working throughout the year to ensure that
this year’s Festival will again be a successful one. As in past
years we continue to add a larger variety of entertainment and
attractions. We hope that you are looking forward to joining us
again in 2003. We look forward to receiving your application in the
very near future.
