Hughson Chamber of Commerce Fruit & Nut Festival Mission Statement

The Hughson Fruit and Nut Festival mission is to provide education and information regarding the heritage, history, and resources of the Hughson area. In meeting this objective, we endeavor to highlight our agricultural strength, quality of life, and the strong community values that make Hughson attractive to businesses, business owners and residents.

The Hughson Fruit & Nut Festival will emphasize our community amenities including; law enforcement, fire protection, churches, schools, civic and youth organizations, as well as our thriving business community.

Proceeds from this event assist community businesses, schools, youth programs, civic organizations, senior citizens programs and the Hughson Chamber of Commerce. The reinvestment of festival proceeds within our community serve to strengthen community based programs, and support our belief that through helping our own achieve their goals, we will secure the destiny of our community for future generations.
